Honest gaps
- "Fine texture of our lives" — Willard's likely-book-only phrase. Not in DC lectures 01–12. DC 05 sin-management cluster is the lecture analogue.
- "Presence of God never leaves us unchanged" — exact phrase not found in any corpus. But Carmen Imes' "we can't be in the presence of God without changing" (BP Exodus class) is essentially the same claim. Reads as your line, well-grounded.
- "Charles Finney preached for four years, nothing happened, then BOOM" — not in Wikipedia (Second Great Awakening, Finney, or Welsh revival articles all checked; no four-years-then-BOOM narrative). Likely from Iain Murray's Revival and Revivalism (Banner of Truth) or possibly a sermon illustration in oral tradition. Cannot be verified without that book or a different specific source. Use with care if you cite it from the pulpit.
- Hebrides Wikipedia — URL 404'd at all variants tried (
Hebridean_Revival,Hebrides_revival,Lewis_Awakening). The story is well-attested in the Peckhams' Sounds from Heaven (cited at length in01§5b and07§I); just not on Wikipedia at an obvious URL. - BP "thin veil" exact context — two BP records contain it that I haven't pulled context windows from:
looking-back-at-2024-and-celebratingandthe-holy-spirit-part-1-spirit. Flagged in 05 §6 as the next two to grab.
What's not in this output (intentional)
- No invented homiletic frames presented as received craft
- No drafted lines for the preacher
- No prescriptions about which threads should become movements
- No designed spiritual practices (per
